Deposit Process
A two hundred dollars ($200.00) deposit (credited towards the purchase) paid to the seller to hold the said puppy. The deposit is non-refundable, unless something significant changes on or to the puppy. If we find any major medical problems with the puppy we will refund your money or offer you a different puppy (your choose).

Health
This puppy is guaranteed healthy at the time of purchase, to the best of my knowledge. This puppy has been checked thoroughly for any medical problems, has received first shots and was dewormed. Even though the puppy has been checked for medical problems, when you buy the puppy you are agreeing to take your new puppy to your licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving him or her for a thorough examination from your vet. If you veterinarian finds a major medical problem that we overlooked, you must give us a written explanation from your veterinarian along with the puppy and registration (if applicable) and I will either refund the money you paid us for the puppy or exchange for another puppy. You must contact us within two business days of the vet appointment and provide us with a copy of the findings and tests performed from your veterinarian. If I feel that the findings from your vet are inaccurate or false I may contest the findings and have the puppy seen by my vet. You must then take the puppy to my vet within two business days. Rarely, there are minor medical problems that can be easily and inexpensively be resolved and I do not recommend that the pet be returned if this is the case. If within ten days from the date of purchase your puppy is found to have a contagious or infectious disease, you can return the puppy for another puppy or return the puppy to us at your cost and receive a refund in the amount you paid us for the puppy. If within thirty days your puppy is found to have a genetic or hereditary disease you can return the puppy for a refund of the purchase price or exchange the puppy for another puppy. If within one year your puppy is found to have a life threatening genetic or hereditary disease you can return the puppy for a new puppy only, no refunds or reimbursement of medical bills. To receive exchange of puppy or refund you must have a licensed veterinarian provide me with a written explanation of the said health problem. After the thirty days there will be no refunds, only exchange for a new puppy, when one of the same breed and sex is available. This puppies One year Guarantee is until his or her first birthday.

We do not pay medical bills. We will not refund the cost of shipping a puppy. Should you decide to return the puppy you will be responsible to pay the cost of shipping to return him or her to us. Should you return the puppy and purchased any products from us we will not give refunds for anything opened or used.

Attached is a copy of the Pennsylvania Puppy Lemon Law. The Puppy Lemon Law has a better explanation of you rights and my obligation to you. I provide the same guarantee as the Pennsylvania Puppy Lemon law.

This contract is non-transferable to any new owners. This contract is only valid for the original owner, listed on this contract.
